Power of Nothingness

February 29th, 2012

Here is a lot of power in nothingness. Most scientists are unable to discover/invent as much as they desire, not because of non-thinking enough but thinking too much. There is a hidden perspective in learning the art of nothingness. As I learned from a Karate Master, a noble man has the ability to practice “moo shin” which means No-mind in Japanese. Try this at home, take some time off your work. Sit on a chair or on the floor still and try to hear the sound of the blood flowing through your body. Eliminate all the external sounds you hear. Just your breathing and thin air to experience. A five-minute breakthrough will give you more energy than any cup of coffee you will ever drink!

My best wishes to late Mr. Paterno’s family

January 24th, 2012

In my opinion, Mr. Paterno’s death was no coincidence. It was from all the stress due to the controversy and him being fired from Penn State which manifested into what had been a broken heart or cancer which are some of the speculations on his death. I wanted to highlight this because legends are forever great, despite what popular culture says. Joe Paterno was a legend, has been, and always will be. A very respectable source told me about his concept of detachment and how he says, the lesson to be learned from this incident is that if you keep yourself Detached from the negative circumstances, you will prevail. If you let media and/or society get to you, then even the strongest of the people I have known will crumble. That is exactly what happened in this case. Mr. Paterno joined the league of Michael Jackson who was bullied and criticized, then immortalized after his death. In my view, the damage has been done. Too late to fix anything. Hope this serves as an awakening example to immune yourself from criticism because no matter what you do, somebody will always criticize you! Farewell. God Bless. Until next time… P’TOSH

Parents encouraging Cage Fighting?!

September 24th, 2011

Please learn from this and DO NOT encourage your kids to take up this kind of non-sense so ridiculously termed “cage fighting”. One wrong move and chances are your kid will be impaired for life, all for a sport? Not worth the risk!

Lone Competitor at Joplin High

May 29th, 2011

My heartfelt sympathies to the families and resident of Joplin, MO. Under extreme circumstances, heroes are born and the tale of this brave young student at Joplin High is no different. Inspiring in her approach and at only 17-yrs of age, she has a brilliant future to look forward to..

After a while…

October 30th, 2010

Hello readers, my apologies for not updating this blog or the website since April of this year. Even though my schedule has been packed with work and travel, I did manage to cut out enough time for myself to enjoy some of the finer things in life. The reason, however, was not that I did not have the time to post but due to the fact that my site was down for a few months after a virus invaded my site, making it unaccessible for any changes. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience and it is equally disheartening to see the number of visits to my blog diminish rapidly. I need your help!
I need your help in spreading the word to your friends and family that P’Tosh’s blog is back up and I will try my best to not disappoint again. Keep subscribing to the RSS and I will try to post new things on here. Although most of the visitors are my patrons from my training seminars, I hope to equally please the casual browser that came across my site/blog through word of mouth or other means.

Here’s a link to a very touching ad I came across lately:

Your help can make a BIG DIFFERENCE in Haiti!

January 24th, 2010

On behalf of the entire team at P’TOSH, I want to extend my prayers and support for all the victims and their families in Haiti. We are blessed with all that we have and what GOD has given us. Make every day count. Always remember who you are and where you come from.
Since this blog has received a lot of support from my participants and other motivated people that have known or heard of me, (over 3600 visits) I want to use this as a platform to help make a difference!

It takes only a minute of your time but shall help somebody for a lifetime. Text the word “Haiti” to 90999 and your bill will have an automatic $10 addition to the Haiti Relief fund.

I came across this video and it reminded me of how lucky we are to be alive and walking. The close bonds we share with friends and family should be seen as a privilege than a birth right. Check this out…
