A PERSONAL NOTE FROM P’TOSH MEHTA In all honesty, I am not a sage with spiritual advice nor P’TOSH training is founded on the principles of conducting honest, reputable, and most importantly, results driven training. The company works and operates on a strictly performance based model because unless we perform well for your company, we don’t make an earning. That creates a sense of independence and urgency among our employees to strive for their best effort, and sound performance effort makes up one of our four pillars of this company. The other three being Picturize (Innovation), Participate (involve all those we encounter in getting the job done right), and Power up (arm and utilize resourcefulness). P’TOSH training has maintained over 95% exceeded expectations ratio from our participants in our training seminars, but we still work everyday to increase that average. The reason why that average is so high is because all of our programs are fully customized. Now I’m sure you’ve heard that claim many times, but have any of those companies committed to developing training material from start to finish while including you or your designated subordinate throughout the process? Our programs are so customized that once we develop a training program, 9 out of 10 times, we are unable to use that program for another company. Also, we spend lots of resources toward research and development of new training program materials and innovating new training concepts to ensure we stay one step ahead of our competition. Worldwide locations: In Paris, Jacques’ territory extends into all of France and is responsible for new business development in France’s corporate training world. Dilip is responsible for marketing and government contracting in India. Both franchisees have been carefully selected because they add a new leg for training in helping this company meet growing demands from overseas training markets. All overseas trainers go through a vigorous certification process to become eligible for delivering P’TOSH training programs, but most of the time, they are delivered by principal and founder, P’tosh Mehta. Other than that, the remainder employee force makes up our company secretary, sales consultants, Director of Marketing, and me. I am also an employee because I work for the brand P’TOSH. I am some motivational guru as some people presume me to be; those assumptions are the furthest from the truth. I am just a common, hard-working man that likes to help people reach their potential. You may ask, what gives me the right to advise people on their well-being? Or you may say I don’t need any motivation, I don’t need you. The reality of the matter is that my job is not to motivate anybody, because there’s only one person in this world that can motivate you, you. My job is refreshingly simple, to create an environment in which you feel compelled to motivate yourself, increase your potential, benefit others from your newly acquired skills, and impact them positively. I can do this because I’ve spent the past few years of my life researching and learning the proven ways that deliver results, helping people be all they can be, and I’m still spending almost every dollar I earn towards self-training and growing my paradigm.
